  • I downloaded their free 5 day pass and went to take a class. The staff told me I was no longer eligible to use their promotion because I was moving to California for college in the future. This is ridiculous because the only reason they know about my situation is because a staff member went to my high school. Completely unfair- I will never go back or recommend this gym to anyone. All they care about is making money, so don't expect good service or help at the front desk.
