  • Great experience from the moment we walked in! We were greeted upon entry and after we signed in, she told us they will be with us shortly. Our appointment was at 1 and we were called at 105. My daughter got to pick which chair she wanted and she chose the airplane one. Once she sat down, Jacinda asked my daughter what movie she wanted to watch and she chose Trolls. We came in for their $25 package which included a wash, cut, glitter spray, and mini manicure. Since this was her first haircut, we also wanted the certificate which was an additional $5. If you check in when you're there for the first time, you get $3 off so we paid $27 for her whole service and it was worth it! Jacinda was so interactive and amazing with my daughter! She knew how to deal with fine curly hair. We will definitely be back to see her again the next time my daughter needs a haircut.
