| - I was really hoping to love this place, as it is the most convenient to where I live. But I came away with a so-so experience.
When I first entered, there was one other customer wandering around browsing, and no employees visible. After about 5 minutes, an employee came out and asked if I needed anything. The good part of my visit is when I was actually being assisted. The person helping me was knowledgeable and friendly.
They happened to be out of the pump that he said would be best for my bicycle, and showed me another. He still described the more optimum pump, and said that he would make sure they ordered one. At this point I looked at something on the counter, and when I looked up he was gone. I'll give him credit for saying something before he left, even though I didn't hear anything.
I waited for a couple of minutes, with no return, so I started to look around the store. After several minutes, I started to head into the back shop area, where I saw someone seated with their back to the store area. I called out saying that I was ready to pay.
A little more attention to the customer would have been great. I had more questions and other things that I need to buy, but I just didn't have the stamina to wait it out. I didn't get everything that I wanted, and they didn't get the extra sale that I assume they wanted.
