rev:text	The people you deal with face to face are great, took my car in to get some basic service, oil change , inspection and a small brake vibration. Got my car back the same day, brake issue still present, got home, found they forgot to give me my insurance card back, called and they said the mechanic forgot to put it back, so the same day, about a hour after I picked up my car, noticed that the engine started ticking, open the hood and oil is everywhere, the mechanic never put the oil cap on and oil was coming out. That nite they gave me a loaner car again and fixed there mistake the next day , as well as the brake issue. My car only has 3500 miles on it and something like the oil cap missing shouldn't have happened, and a brake vibration on the front wheel tells you it's coming from the front , not the rear rotors , that is what they replaced first was the rear rotors. Like I said before service rep was great and everyone I ever dealt with has always been nice , can't say much for there mechanics, I really think they don't know what they are doing, not to sure if you canbtrust them to even do a oil change So update , I went to go trade my car in for a bigger SUV, I bought 4 cars off them since 2011 , they gave me the lowest possible trade in for my almost brand new MKC and gave me the sticker price on a used vehicle. I'm so glad I gave it time to think about it, I went and bought the same exact model and edition some where else that was brand new for cheaper then the used one they where trying to sell me and got more for my trade!! They lost a loyal customer.
