  • I am writing this review with 5 months left on my lease. I am very disappointed in these apartments. I have a few pieces of furniture but I have more roaches than I've had at every apartment I've lived at combined. They are constantly turning off the water and the apartments are cheaply built. I had a laundry list of issues while doing my walk through and they said they double check everything. They just not hold everyone to a very high standard. The staff is rude and I had to beg them to spray to try to fix the roach problem. They acted like it was a Scottsdale problem. They also told me my apartment could have a satellite dish and they checked to make sure it would be fine but there is a huge tree right in front. To me, that means they never checked like they said they did for clear line of sight. I would have checked myself but I was living in another town. I shouldn't hold it against them but, combined with everything else, it amounts to a lot. Plus, that was my first assessment of them and it showed me just how poorly this apartment complex is operated.
