This place is a really good slice of Texan food. Been here three times and each time the main course has been delicious. First time I had the smoked prime rib, better than most expensive steakhouses. Second time was a Monday (check there Website for each days special) and fried chicken was half a bird...extra crispy goodness. Today the special was bbq beef back ribs. Five Flintstone sized ribs on the plate. Waitresses are all super helpful and know how to serve. My only downside is the potato choices. Not a big potato fan the Texas fries are big chunks and the mashed are really dense. Good country gravy though. Might try potato salad next time. Have my eyes on the big bubby enchilada next.
