  • So there is the location on Green Valley closer to home where i came in first and front desk girl asked my symptoms and I told her I was experiencing chest pain and hard to breath among other symptoms immediately she said well there is more people infront of you so its a 2 1/2 hours wait because I didnt check in online then she said have a seat they'll bring you back to check your vitals real quick . mins a After the medical assistant comes out with an attitude and says put your finger in the oxymeter to check your oxygen and loudly infront of other patients in the waitting room says oh your fine your oxygen number is 96 and makes it clearly loud that i have to wait because I'm ok . as awful as i felt this made me feel even more as its a hippa violation Very unprofessional that she couldn't take 2 min to bring me back to check my vitals like I was told. I made my way to Silverado Ranch since they had no wait. They didn't even care that I left on the other hand Sheena was great and showed concerned that I was let go at the other office immediately the medical assistant Moises who was awsome even tho i was feeling horrible brought me back right away and checked my vitals . Dr. Cendana came in right after listen to all my symptoms immediately sent over my medication. I'm glad I came to this office and there's still people that like what they do in the medical field driving the extra 15 min was worth it.
