  • I went in today to Macy's as a new mom to overhaul my makeup at the mac counter. Not only did the lady tell me that I needed an appointment (I was the only one in the area & generally in the makeup area) she rolled her eyes at what I was doing already for makeup and refused to guide me at all. She was incredibly rude so I packed up and drove to the Boston store at west town mall and spent more than I was planning because the girl who helped me elsewhere gave mac the reputation and went above & beyond. You would think when I told her I was going to buy a list of makeup, she would at least try to be nice to make a sale. Not worth the effort to drive to hilldale for this Macy's.
