  • After spending many years and thousands of dollars here, I am no longer a customer. They have some great customer service (particularly Dave in the outside garden area) but the rudeness of Rona made me decide to stop spending here today. Our plants (old and young) in our backyard dying (and the front yard is great with same stuff). We were told that Rona might offer some assistance. She talked over us. She didn't listen. She basically said everything dies in the desert and too bad so sad. Gee. No one there says not to buy their plants because they won't grow. If she is in charge of anything related to customer service, I'm sure we aren't the first or last customers she's lost for them.
