| - Good luck having anyone call you back if you leave a message. I'm up to four or five voicemails now over the last few weeks. They say they will call back within 24 hours, so wrong!! They don't call back. Your best bet is to have an appointment or schedule one so you can ask questions about your treatment plan. I've seen a different Dr. each visit. Each one has a different treatment plan discussed or new device they want to try. It's sad to say, my prior research into this place turned out to be totally wrong and I'm disappointed. I was hoping they'd take care of me as advertised. Months have passed and I'm no better than when I first went in. Perhaps it's time to seek another specialist. I watched a customer "freak out" on the front desk people. I'm guessing he's had enough just like I'm feeling now.
*** Update: Even after talking to the Scottsdale Office Manager a month or so ago, I'm still in limbo with this place. I explained in July of this year I needed to have all procedures etc. done by the end of the year. I figured 5 months would be adequate time to get somewhere. I was told then, no problem we will get you taken care of within a couple months. Here were are 4 months later and I'm nowhere, other than having done all the tests and have been prescribed pills. I relinquished my pain pill script to my primary care doctor, because I don't want those pills, I want an actual solution. It seems they can't do it thus far. I just leave voice mails and get no calls back. I get promise's of, we will call you by this day, and nothing. Today I left 4, let's see if anyone calls back. I highly doubt it. My honest advise to you the reader of this, if you want timely results and a fix to your medical issue, I'd avoid this clinic. I'm pretty much screwed at this point to see another Dr. and have everything done by the end of the year. I'm beyond disappointed with this place, I feel like I've been scammed, by giving false hope and false expectations of treatment timel***
*** I finally went to a different Dr., took all my records from this office and within weeks I now have the treatment device I needed and wanted and I'm on the road to being more pain free. My advice to you the reader, avoid this place if you want real pain treatment. It is my opinion they operate to drag you along and collect as much money they can from you and your insurance and they don't care about the pain your in. It's the money for them. All my attempts to tell them how they could improve went to voicemails that never got returned. Shame on you for treating people like you do, SHAME ON YOU!!!
