  • Very bad service. Beware. Used them under my home warranty to repair my air conditioning unit. The technician that went out to my property charged my compressor fully with freon before even fully diagnosing the problem. Realized after filling it that the compressor was bad and had to be replaced. He forced me to pay for the freon put into the bad compressor that wasnt covered by the warranty which costed me a couple of hundred dollars. I told him I wouldnt pay for it since it was their error he then threatened that if I gave him a hard time he would call the warranty company and talk them into charging me for othee services they did. After he completed his work and it took a week to get the parts he needed A & R then charged me 1500 dollars in uncovered items that warranty supposedly didnt cover. I have three properties and never had to pay so much. It was a hit job. I have heard from other people that work in the same industry that these people are not reputible or honest. I wouldnt use them again ever.
