  • Moved in with a broken refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. They offered to sign me up with renters insurance and so I accepted. Two years and alot if problems later, as I was going through the moving out process I was broken into. Turns out the insurance I had been paying for didnt cover property damage or their loss. Now they want to charge me for the damages left. Secretary was rude and seemed like I was a burden to deal with. Lastly the woman I dealt with the most Lorreta, was sharp in tone, extremely unwelcoming and completely sarcastic. All around unprofessional.
