  • Loved the food!!! The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars because the set up is a bit confusing. 2 entrance doors one to the dinning area and the other to the main entrance with a few tables, does not have any signage IE seat your self, order here... So at first we sat down and waited 10 minutes and we realized that we had to order up front. The menu is massive with all these delectable choices and sides and the smell inside makes you even hungrier. The writing on the board on the wall is a bit small and intimidating since there are so many things to choose from. When you get to the counter they only have one menu for you to look at so it holds up the line when you are trying to order. I chose the mixed platter and the girl at the counter choose my meats and I had potato salad and mac n cheese as my sides, friend ordered all you can eat. Food took a little bit longer than I would have wanted to but it was 4th of July weekend so it is totally understandable. When our food arrived it was hot, and it looked amazing. The food tasted even better than it looked if that is even possible. I had baby, short and beef ribs and my friend had one of everything on the all you can eAt. The ribs were perfectly cooked nice bite to it but still fell off the bone. The bbq sauce on the table was refilled while we were still eating and it was warm and complimented the ribs perfectly. These guys definitely know what they are doing and they have the recipe for success. Just a suggestion for first timers (I will be coming back and I will have your system down) Place a hostess podium with menus, make signage saying pick up menu, wait in line, place order and find a seat. By having menus available people will stand in line less time and it will be easier for the order takers to expedite service. Other than that I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Thank you for all the delicious food you are serving us.
