  • We brought our daughters clarinet here for service. It was missing a tiny screw that we could not find anywhere. The salesperson was going to send it out for service. The manager came over and asked to see the clarinet. He was able to find the exact screw the instrument needed. He refused to charge us for the part or his time. We purchased some reeds to help support his business. He won our business. The turnaround time on the service was a week. He fixed it in 10 minutes. When we upgrade our daughters clarinet this is the place where we will buy it from.
