  • *This review is limited to the service department.* I'm very satisfied with this place, and I'll surely be coming back for anything else I need in the future. The Context: I came here to finish an oil change that was attempted at two other places first. The first place stripped a bolt (oil plug) because they didn't have the proper tool. The next place couldn't get the stripped plug out. This VW dealership did get the plug out and changed the oil. The Good: Customer service was very nice and informative upfront. They did an annoying job that others couldn't, without an appointment, and within a very reasonable time frame. The women at the cashier desk were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Note that this whole time I was dealing with older technicians as this was an odd problem. The Bad: I got on the freeway after the oil change and noticed a sound under the car. It turned out that the skid plate that goes over the oil tank had come loose and was dragging. When I got back to the dealership and explained the issue, a young worker with a bad attitude put the problem off on whoever worked on it prior. It likely was the prior place's fault, but I could have at least been informed of the issue. They tried to re-attach the skid plate to no avail. They did order a new part, though, and attached it at no cost to me. So all-in-all, the bad wasn't so bad and the good was pretty darn good. Bonus: They have free popcorn, bottled water, and WiFi.
