  • 20 minutes for a simple coffee. Are you people for real? I watched as all the people who ordered before me were served, i watched as all the people who ordered after me were served. Some of them with enough to serve an entire family. My one simple coffee never happened until i was the last and had to ask for it. All you had to do was push one button for sugar and one button for cream and pour in the bean juice. 20 minutes is not acceptable for just a coffee. Get your act together. This location needs a kick in the butt and some guidance.
