| - Bad customer service.
My husband loves authentic french bakeries, and we usually go to Belle Terre, but we had a coupon for this one (spend $20 and get $10) so we tried it.
They said that they recently changed owners so they couldn't accept the coupon (which is completely fine, we spend a lot eating out) they offered us a discount, I thought they meant like 10%-15%. Nope, they gave us small piece of tiramisu that was at $5.15 for $5.00 (not exaggerating, 0.15 cents discount) and the lady truly believed this was a great discount. The owner came out and said we could have a free plain croissant. I dont mind not getting a discount or anything at all, but it just seemed like they thought they were doing a favor to me.
But the reason I gave them 2 stars it's because the second owner came out, standed next to our table (specifically next to my baby car seat) took a plastic bottle and crushed right next to my sleeping baby, which woke him up, but fell back to sleep again. Then him and a worker started talking, they couldn't regulate their volume? ... they were practically yelling-speaking at each other, which ultimately did wake up my baby and I had to stop eating to make him stop.
Food wise is not bad, but pricey for the location, environment and overall experience.
Definitely not coming back.
