  • The kids Jiu Jitsu with AJ is awesome!!! My kids love it!! He is knowledgeable patient and creates a fun atmosphere for the kids to learn and have a great workout. My son is 8 and my daughter is 10 they were hesitant in doing this class, but now ask me daily if they can go to Jiu Jitsu!!! My daughter has always been an athlete, but my son is a video gamer and a lego maniac. It has been a joy as a father to see him develop his own passion for the physicality of Jiu Jitsu and sweating his behind off to get better than his older sister! Lol But the gym has been great for my wife and I also because while my kids are getting their workout in my wife and I are either taking the kick box or boxing class!! Ive deopped 15 pounds in 4weeks as a 40 year old and have kept it off. Great staff all around, from the front desk to the trainers. We are going to be Lifers here, lol Try it out ASAP mention me or my story when you visit for some free classes.
