  • Nice hike. Disappointing "falls". I guess you shouldn't expect much of a waterfall in the desert, and this is certainly not much of one. The whole way up we questioned our direction because we couldn't hear running water, lol. A nice diversion from the strip and a good way to connect with Mother Nature, just manage your expectations on the "falls" part. PS: I'd rate this hike moderate with some difficult spots. Map says 1.2 miles but our pedometer clocked 2 each way, for what it is worth. Took us 90 minutes to get up and just under an hour to come back down.
