  • Everyone still thinks HCafe is related to Uncle Tetsu. But I messaged the Cafe and they are not under the Uncle Tetsu Brand. They are their own brand. Their cheesecakes are basically the same texture..etc. So really not much difference from Uncle Tetsu. They even have more varieties of pastries too. Tried their daifuku, not bad, really fresh and yummy. Madalines were great too. Cheesecakes seems smaller than Tetsu..but maybe it's bc of the box? Best to eat the cheesecakes right away..kept it in the fridge for a few days..didn't taste good afterwards.
