  • Excellent customer service!!! First of all this store has great gear, all the brands you love, and they have really good sales. Second of all every time I go in there the employees are SO nice and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. They have a membership just like REI does, I bought it (for $20) when I was buying my winter jacket, so since you save 10% on everything my membership was basically free since I bought a $200 jacket. The other day I noticed they had some jackets on clearance that I wanted to get for my daughter, but they didn't have her size. They had it on the website but I didn't want to pay shipping. One of the employees called around to their other stores, found the jacket I wanted in Milwaukee and had it transferred to the Middleton store free of charge. They called me they day I arrived and I was able to go get it at the clearance price and use my membership card as well, and no shipping costs! They go above and beyond to help you out, I would highly recommend this store.
