  • I suppose it depends on the apartment you end up living in but I tell you now, 5944 Alder street is one helluva dump. The building is dilapidated, reeks of cigarettes, and is infested with ants, spiders - a whole plethora of crawling things (not to mention the drug dealer on the 3rd floor). The maintenance "team" is a joke. They are rude, inconsiderate, and while in your apartment with their shoes on they moan and complain about other tenants and maintenance people. You send a list of requests and you get a knock on your door at 8 AM without any notice so a guy can do a half-assed job on maybe one or two of the problems you requested to be taken care of. I cannot speak of their other properties but I would advise anyone reading this to stay away from 5944 Alder.
