  • The employees at the counters are either very helpful or absolutely unwilling to help. I guess they don't care since they are in government positions that don't have strict monitoring the way the strip hotels operate. Nevertheless, basic assistance should be provided when required. The programs such as story time etc. are very well thought out. One particular library staff who most likely thought there was no adult around my child scolded my child for carrying a piece of Lego block around the books section. When I called her attention to tell her she should communicate in a kinder manner, she got defensive and said I could speak with her supervisor to complain. Complain? I advised I was there to have a great experience as I always do. Geez I'm not after a comped book! Bitter and possibly a child hater.
