  • Rude, unreasonable. Put my phone number in wrong, then wouldn't give me my shoe back because I forgot my ticket. Couldn't even look up my name. Rude about the entire thing, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Overall, he was unhelpful. Find a better shoe repair shop where the tailor gives a shit about his customers enough to have more than one way to follow through on an order.
