  • Terrible customer service. I called & made an appointment and they told me someone would be available right away when I arrived, a woman came in after me and they decided to go ahead and do her color change first & keep me waiting. When I mentioned that I came called AND came in first they ignored me. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED DOES NOT APPLY HERE; EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT.
