  • RUN AWAY!!! ROACHES and INCOMPETENCE EVERYWHERE!!!! I am a current resident at Waterford Square Apartments and I have had the worst customer service and business experience EVER and it hasn't even been two months! First, they moved us into a roach infested apartment with no AC. There were roaches all over the carpet, roaches climbing out from the kitchen counter, and it was a constant 90+degrees - it was awful! The apartment refused to break the lease or reduce rent. They could only move us to a new apartment after a month, and refused cover any moving cost since they so graciously "waived the $200 transfer fee" to move us to an inhabitable environment. Management mindfully neglected to respond to any of our further emails. (Even the ones where we requested information concerning HOW TO PAY RENT) Once we moved in to the new apartment, we notified them the dishwasher would not drain and would leak if turned on- they have yet to address the issue after 7+ days and three emails. If you were 9-6 M-F then you can expect the management and maintenance to never do anything for you. They need you there in person to advise and assist them on how to do their job. I've worked in customer service for 10 years and at any job I would have been fired for treating people the way management treats its residents here! They have no business ethics. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! *****In response to the comment below: One of the many days I was in your office trying to get issues addressed, we heard 15+ phone calls of residents complaining about pests. Your staff's only response being "oh we will add you to the spray list." This is not an effective way to treat pest- OBVIOUSLY!!! You treat your residents like pests rather than TREATING the PEST.
