Bought a used car here in early August. Sales person was great. Service department here though is terrible. First problem. After purchasing I noticed some brake rotor issues. To make a LONG story short it ended up taking them 2 full days instead of "by the end of the day". What? They were just replacing rotors. It was covered by warranty, but what bothered me even more, is that I was never asked to sign ANY paperwork. As far as I'm considered this was some under the table thing they wanted to get done in the hopes I didn't leave a bad review. Well...second problem. I don't know if it's because my used car sold for 10k and I'm not worth their time or what, but it took 4 days to schedule a service under the 90 day warranty for power lock issues. I had to call several times after leaving two different voicemails. I did miss one callback though because I was in a meeting, called back 3 hours later and no answer. Anyway, show up at service after pulling teeth to schedule a service, which was scheduled through the normal service department instead of their used department because they never answered the phone. Takes about 20 minutes to check in which is ridiculous. Apparently, they can't access my purchase record at the service department because I was told that they cannot check the status of the warranty until the sales department comes in. Why can't they look up my purchase in their system? I highly recommend NOT using this dealership, simply because their service department is more of a non-service department.
