rev:text	If I could give it 6 star I would! The review below I put in last year and just wanted to write a update. The gym is open from 8pm -11pm, and the main thing I love is the online e-check feature is FREE!!!! See below for previous review. I love living here and don't plan on leaving unless it's into a house. The main reason why I moved here is to live in a good area for a good price! The saying you pay for what you get is really true. Xander is between the Craig and 95 freeways exits so your about 15 - 20 from anywhere in Vegas. Before moving here I did my research and read some negative reviews about this place but I've haven't seen any problems. The staff is great and responsive on any concerns you might have. Maintenance time is usually 24 hours and they also will leave you a note and call you to let you know that it's been taken care of. They also have a resident portal that makes it very easy to address any of your concerns. It's makes it easy for me to pay my rent too. They are going through a massive renovation of the property. I'm excited about the gym. Its only open during business hours now but they are waiting some kind of key fob thing that is going to make the gym 24 hours. A couple of things that I think Xander could improve on: - more parking - pest control outside (I'm a clean person but can't speak for my neighbors) - online fees (debit card fee is $28) I love living here and if you want to come home in a relaxing environment this is the place to live.
