  • What Chinook Center was missing was a great coffee place focused on the coffee. Second Cup, Starbucks - all about bottom dollar! P&S is all about the coffee, and when you are used to waiting about 12 seconds for your drink from Starbucks, it is refreshing to wait 3 or 4 minutes for your drink here. My favorite is the latte, probably the best I've had in the city. The inside of the place is also great: they have a large glass wall that lets in tons of light - very nice when you get a cup and spend your break reading, listening to the music (which is most often D'Angelo's "Voodoo", so many bonus points from me). The staff are friendly and personable, and if you work in the mall, you even get a discount!
