  • I love the downtown location of Portland's, and the restaurant and bar look sleek and nice, but I've never been impressed by the food. The french fries are good -- they are the thin, salty, McDonald's-type fries. Yum! But I feel like there are much better dining options in Phoenix. Particularly since Portland's is a little on the pricey side.
