Not only did this event offer a chance to try beverages, appetizers, gyoza, sashimi over rice, and ramen, but it was also a chance to learn so much about how Giles and the crew at Strings produce consistent and high quality food.

Spicy crab ramen
Miso broth usually isn't my favorite (just a personal preference), but at the staff's recommendation, I went for the spicy crab ramen - which features the miso broth. I wasn't disappointed. It was creamy and flavorful but not overpowering.
