  • I like London Drugs in Calgary Brentwood. They understand the meaning of customer service and practice it. I bought a new camera here recently and there was a problem with it. So I called Roch in cameras who immediately set the wheels in motion to have another one brought in from a Victoria store - Purolator Air. I didn't have to trudge back to the store, either, to prove my case. And most importantly Roch has been keeping me posted with regular phone calls since I first alerted him to the problem. I have not been required to chase him down. I really like that. You will too. And no, Roch is not my brother-in-law or cousin. Kudos to Roch and London Drugs Cameras at Brentwood for superb customer service.
