  • My husband and I are building a home and were looking for a washer/dryer. We spent about an hour talking with Eric, who was very friendly and knowledgable. When we returned the following day to purchase our items, we sat for an hour while another salesperson tried to place our order. We received a confirmation but when the rep called to confirm our order, he was told that the items weren't in stock and the order was therefore cancelled. We were also told the $3,800 we were charged may or may not be returned to our credit card. They weren't able to say for sure!? I will never shop at this store or at Sears again. It's 2015 and if you can't keep track of your inventory, you don't deserve my business. Plain and simple. I urge you, don't waste your time here!
