  • My husband is Away on business but booked a weekend flight in on Spirit to attend our son's first tackle football game. Long story short: delay, delay, delay, then cancel. No more flights out tonight so he gets to miss the game. Spirit offered no fair compensation and staff was flat out rude, too. I wish we had read the Yelp reviews before we booked his flight. NEVER AGAiN. I caution you to avoid this airline.
