  • Sandy, the Grand Spa at MGM Grand is anything but grand. Don't waste your money for the day spa pass; the jacuzzi was lukewarm at best, and the steam room was broken. However, the highlight of my experience was my massage therapist who has worked for the spa for 7 years. She was pleasant and delightful to speak with, and very knowledgeable.
