  • This hotel was AMAZING!! The service was phenomenal and we didn't want or need for anything. From the first second we arrived we were treated wonderfully. Check in was smooth and took no time at all. We were early due to an early flight and they were more than willing to accommodate us. The room was great, and oh the housekeeping, I am still bragging to others about how great it was. Twice a day turn down with cloths folded, water bottles, shoes organized, toiletries organized, and everything as clean and perfect as the first time we checked in. The pool was great. We've stayed at Mandalay bay in the past and the pools were overcrowded and not relaxing. The four seasons has their own pool and it was so much better, the great service even extended to the pool with ice water and great food and drinks. We used the curtesy car a few times and it was great, sometimes we weren't able to use it as there was a long wait and we had reservations so we just took the bus. The driver was nice and efficient and drove great. We ate at veranda for breakfast our final day and it was the best breakfast. The pancakes were so light and the French toast was decadent. It's the little things that stood out like instead of using regular ice in the ice tea they use frozen iced tea so it doesn't water down. Overall, 5 star stay and would stay here again in a heart beat. I don't know that we will stay anywhere else in Vegas. Yes it is pricey but worth every penny and more.
