  • I've always been a returning customer & this place was my go-to for waxing services, full sets & pedicures. But my last visit hasn't been pleasant. I usually don't mind who I get as my nail technician because I feel like everyone does a good job & I always leave happy. But my recent nail technician that did my full set was an unfamiliar face and he said he just started. I'm confident in all the nail techs there so I was fine with that. At first, he was very nice. He made an effort to make conversation with me and even introduced himself. But while I was getting my full set done, he would grip onto my finger tightly so I'd be easier to work with. Mind you, it was painful after awhile! He was constantly "scold" me to relax and move my fingers in very uncomfortable positions just to make it easier for him. During the whole process I just wanted to leave. He kept pushing me to get a gel polish even after I told him I'm allergic to gel. Overall, it did come out pretty good. But the process of it wasn't so great. I usually get my nails done & this by far was one of my least favorites. I still do recommend this place! Katie is one of my favorite nail techs there. She's always so sweet & gets your nails designed the way you want it to be. But she's always booked :(
