  • You don't usually get customer service at an Urgent Care, but I was kept apprised of any delays, offered water while I waited, and after I was discharged I had personal follow up from the PA who treated me to make sure I was ok and that I had followed up with my allergist. I never saw myself writing a review for an urgent care, but I would go back again, however I hope I don't have to!!
