  • I was here for work, staying right next door at the Hyatt, so on a wintery snowy evening it was the most convenient place to try. First strike against was a bit of chaos in the front, with hopeful diners started to pile up with no greeters. However, once we were seated, the fun began. We had live entertainment with an accordionist deluged with announcing birthday after birthday throughout the evening...apparently this is a popular birthday spot! Nice big place that managed to feel cozy at the same time. Second strike was by not even 7pm, their most popular pork dish was already sold out! So I had the ribeye instead. It came out medium well instead of medium rare as I ordered it, but it didn't stop me from devouring it. It was delicious as was the food in general (we had the soft pretzel appetizer that hit the spot, too). I haven't been to a real German Oktoberfest, but with the outfits the servers (all female, it seemed) wore, it was kinda like a Teutonic Hooters!
