rev:text	Ok this review may be new , but I reviewed them before when they were courtesy Kia ? Anyway this review is based mostly on the service department team and Joe and Ed ! I had a Kia that I purchased from a third party dealer ( rent a car stock) and I serviced it regularly with them, Lo and behold that car took a unexpected turn for the worse and I needed a new car , it was my very pleasant experiences with this service dept that I choose to do my business here , SIDENOTE I barely drive about 5k miles a year and probably don't need a car , but it's American dream right? Lol. Anyway I got pre-approved at my credit union , and the sales team made my purchase easy and convenient, I ended up with a better car for less money ( thanks to my sales person , sorry at this time I don't remember his name , it was Hawaiian I think?) and still under warranty !! Anywho back to service dept team joe and Ed , have always been straightforward and HONEST, in their dealings with me ! I have been in for routine maintenance and other car hiccups and booboos, and each time they are professional and keep you in the know during the process of repairs! I have walked in expecting the worst and each time , I am pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of repairs and the cost,one time the repair was 3.89$ seriously !!! Also their time quotes are pretty much on point and I've rarely have ever been waiting longer than quoted , most times it's actually less !! Kudos to this service dept , it was honestly because of them that I did purchase another Kia and probably do so again !!
