My review was accurate.
I am not a brat. (although your reply suggested you just might be one).
Your hours where on YOUR WEBSITE. I am not in control of that. Since summer is just about over, I am assuming you are not as well. (yep...did visit your website before purchasing as well)
I don't think you understand the concept of a NOW COUPON....& CLEARLY YOU SHOULDN'T offer one. (this is the MAIN POINT)
Just offer the normal ones which allow for other times other than the next day.
When a customer purchases a NOW GROUPON...that means they want to use it asap...not a week later. I would have purchased someone elses otherwise.
Or yours... if I knew I didn't want it done right away. (you should review this program)
I did read a review that also commented on the phone answering machine.
(The two phone messages I left earlier in the day where returned around 1pm that day)
It is not a good practice, no matter how small your business is.
It is the first impression of your business.
I heard the crystal clear message, twice & then spoke to someone at your business. This was on a Saturday, not Monday. I asked for an appointment on Monday...she said they were closed. Website states that your open for reservations...which I was trying to make.
Your comment about not having a receptionist on Monday is laughable. You appear to not have one on Saturday as well. If you read my crystal clear, accurate account of my experience you would know....or not. Your emotions seem to override any common sense you may or may not have.
I don't like an owner who flies off the handle when reacting to an honest review. Your blaming me for your short comings. Very generous of you.
I would feel bad if this had happened to a customer of mine.
It would be great if businesses could learn from their mistakes, not blame potential clients.
( I don't believe it is Yelps responsibility to filter/remove unflattering reviews)
I don't have anything against you personally.
I've made mistakes myself.....Your business is your baby & I get why you take it personally. Lashing out at me like everything was my fault is lame.

A business should be a total package. A food critic would no doubt rate everything...including but not exclusively what goes on inside the building. This reference made sense to you only. Sense you make millions I am sure you realize this...... or obviously not. You clearly have nothing to learn, from anyone.
I would be scared off by your unprofessional responses to those with complaints. Never a good policy to attack & belittle those who don't like their experience with your business.
