  • Recently purchased a Hot Spring Spa and I thought that I had an issue...Without going into that detail, I called the dealer and they had routed me to their service department (Hot Spring Spa Service & Repair) . I made an appointment with them and met them onsite for the repair. Well come to find out I was adding to much of this and that and the tub was much smarter than me and wouldn't operate the sanitizer system as my water balance was way out of spec. Paul (The tech) simply brought the water back into spec range and BAM...Worked like a charm. I paid the service trip charge happily and felt like a ding dong as it was completely my error. He was very professional and never made me feel like an idiot as he professionally explained how the system operates and showed me in my manual exactly what I was doing wrong. I have read a complaint regarding this company but I in no way felt that way in my personal experience. They were great and If I ever need his help in the future I will gladly call for their services again.
