  • DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I was an appointment with a family member today and I was not happy with the service that they received. They were being seen today for an ultrasound, and got the worst service. The ultrasound tech started of by saying STOP MOVING YOU DORKUS BABY because I dont want to have to take these pics again. Also saying things like you poor child you are laying on your side, and repeatedly saying you STUPID DORKUS baby stop moving. I am so appalled by the disrespectful comments that she was saying. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. The lady says Im a manager. So when I start talking about the situation she suddenly stops me and directs me to the supervisor. So I proceed to explain the situation. Then after I am done he then says to me " that he honestly does not believe that she was meaning to be rude or mean". That he thought that she was saying things in a JOKING or PLAYFUL manner. But in my opinion saying those comments are just plain rude and derogatory. Then the supervisor goes on and asked me " How I think the tech should act!!!! I was like seriously???? In my opinion if the the supervisor has to ask a person how they think HIS staff should act..... then I believe he should not be a supervisor. He just acted like he did not care!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! If I could I would give this place a 0 stars because of the bad service!!!
