  • What a hidden gem this place is, sitting alongside an Office Depot. I was in Charlotte for a conference and early in the week I realized that I needed my skirt hemmed, or I'd be tripping over it on stage. So I yelped alterations nearby and Christie came up first. I called and asked if I could bring my skirt over and she could have it ready the next morning, she said sure. I was so happy. When I went over to the store, she was sweet and friendly, and pinned up my skirt in no time. She said she'd have it ready by 10am the next day. I came by the next day and it was sewn perfectly and the price was exactly what I would have paid at home, no extra charge for the rush service. What a pleasant experience. If you have anything in need of alterations, I would definitely recommend this place.
