| - Our first time there was in March 2015, and the food and service were both good. So we came back again today, Sunday night, for a light dinner, and it was very disappointing! We liked the appetizer, antipasto, last time, so we ordered it again today. The prosciutto was tough and thick, the salami was terrible. We only ate a quarter of the antipasto, and it should be obvious enough that we didn't like it! We also let the waiter know that the cut of the prosciutto was way too thick... We got four pieces of new thinner cuts as a replacement, but they were still tough! So the conclusion was the quality itself was bad! Over the course we ordered 3 glasses of wine, split a pasta (since we were not hungry, but it was pedestrian!!!!), and ended with creme brûlée! We still spent a decent amount of money for the night, but we didn't receive a decent response to our complaints and a respectful service! By the way, this restaurant charges you "split fee of $3", which is ridiculous! All the nice restaurants I've been to, even in big cities like San Francisco or New York, usually the restaurants offer to split the dish for customers, since they know what good service truly means, instead of assuming all the customers were cheap so the restaurant needed to charge a "split fee" to make money out of every customers!!!! The whole dinning experience was bad, and we are not going back again. We don't want to be treated as cheap customers, especially the quality of the food is not good any more!
