  • I usually go get my eyebrows waxed at the European wax center on Thompson peak and have never had a problem. I had a few minutes in between an appt. so I thought I would pop into this European wax on Scottsdale road. Big mistake. To start the girl was just really annoying, trying to push their new products on me the whole time even though I politely declined several times... She just wouldn't stop! Most importantly though, she completely butchered my eyebrows!!! Esp. On the left side there is now a giant hole missing spot. Despite warning her that I had fairly thinner brows and did not want them cut, she just went ahead and cut my brows so short that there is a huge very noticeable gap!. I'm not a confrontational person so I didn't say much about it to her... I mean what's she gonna do at that point... Glue my eyebrow she cut off back on?? Im a busy mom and usually never wear make up (except special occasions, etc.) and now have a freakin 20 step eyebrow process in the morning just so I don't look like a freak with half a missing eyebrow! Needless to say, I will NEVER be back here every again! Hopefully I can help save someone their eyebrows with this review! I think the girl's name was Laura or Lauren... If you go here just make sure you ask for someone that actually listens/knows what they're doing!
