  • There are many pros of this hotel. First and foremost is the location of the hotel is excellent since it is close to everything-the pathway, the Eaton centre and transit. We stayed here two nights and were happy with the service at the front desk. Moreover, when we ordered room service, it was relatively quick and inexpensive. The cons of the hotel are the wifi which you must plug in to and the cable which then means that you have to work at the desk. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you want to be downtown.
