  • First off, I have never wrote a review on yelp. Ever. However, with the service I received, I felt the need to. I reached out to Mark Kia in Scottsdale via email first. Immediately when going back and forth with the salesman, you saw mass amounts of typos and grammatical errors. Unprofessional from the bat. From email, we moved to talking via telephone and text message. Again, very unprofessional. I believe the salesman referred to me as his "homie" multiple times during the conversation. Again, something I can look past. The car that I was in the market for was the Infiniti Q50 Sport fully loaded (which is still on their website). The price of the vehicle was $27,994. I came into Mark Kia to have a test drive and review the vehicle. I came into my appointment and did not have a fair greeting. The salesperson was running around the office it like a chicken with its head cut off. He gave me the keys and pretty much left me with the vehicle. Upon reviewing it there were major issues that I was not made aware of. 2 out of the 4 rims were scratched. There were cigarette burns in the back seat. The side mirror was damaged (light was missing) And the navigation system would not even pull up. I told him these issues and told him I needed to know what would be done about these issues. He told me to take the car for a spin and we would discuss it. I get in the vehicle and the car has NO gas. So I have to follow him to the gas station. Still, something I can look past. The vehicle drove fine. I come back and was not greeted by the same sales person. I tried to tell him the issues and before I could even get to the second, third or fourth issue, I was cut off constantly. JUST like a sales person would...go figure. From then I asked him to please let me finish. I would like to know if the warranty covers these kinds of issues and if not, will they accommodate. He then asked me, if I would purchase the car with the damage that was done. I did say yes, If it is fixed before I purchase the vehicle. He then said all the damage is already included in the price, which is bogus. At this point I was so frustrated with the entire process, I handed him the keys and left the dealership. The next day I went to Infiniti of Scottsdale and purchased the exact vehicle, for a cheaper price, without ANY defaults. The morning after I purchase the vehicle, I see that Mark Kia has lowered the price of their Infiniti to $25,994, the price that "included all the damage" that I was negotiated with was $27,950. Within 24 hours they dropped the price $2,000 dollars. I guess the damage was not included in the price after all. My advice is take your money elsewhere, just like I did. You will get better service and not have to deal with the salesperson mentality like most sales people have.
