  • Had issue with master bath toilet. First company came out and could only guess at the cause and still wanted to charge $250 and couldn't guarantee my wife it would fix it. They decided to walk away and at least didn't charge us anything. 2nd company ( a referral by wife's friend) said they would be out Saturday between 2-6. No show and no call. I found The Sunny Plumber , did the online form and about an hour later received a phone call confirming problem. Scheduled app between 12-4, received call at 11:52 saying plumber was in route. Ulises arrived about 12:10, very professional and friendly. We went over what the problem was, he confirmed and checked rest of house plumbing operations. He told me that he would need to run the snake machine through one of the master sink pipes to take care of the toilet drain issue and what it would cost, about 15-20 minutes later he was done and problem fixed. After he left I got on Yelp and was taken back by the negative reviews. For me, I will not hesitate to call them again. Thank you, thank you Sunny Plumber and Ulises.
