Disappointed.
Hmmm...something has changed since I last stayed here in May and prior to that: a number of times in the previous three years. Service level and warmth isn't there anymore. Impersonal, disconnected desk reps, the hotel is now limiting its use of their shuttles (for example, they would transport you anywhere within a limited area bit now they won't drive a guest during the dinner hour: approx 5-ish to 7 pm.) Assuming they want to keep more guests at the hotel to drive their restaurant usage up. Not sure why and have heard different things from different employees. Definitely not one clear message.
It's a standard property now equal to other 3 stars. Ok but not memorable, therefore I won't think proactively staying here again.
